ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY

Unlike most companies, KARO coil uses a method called Cold coiling, in which the raw material used is Oil-Tempered Wires which are coiled into springs in cold conditions on a continuous coiling machine. This process is environmentally-conscious. Under this process, complex and high stressed springs can be manufactured and also reduces CO 2 gas by 30% when compared to Hot Coiling.

However, Oil-Tempered Wires are not manufactured in India (except by CCHL for their own consumption) and have to be imported, which makes manufacturing costly.
