KARO COILS Private Ltd. is a green-field project, spread across 10,000 sq. meters in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. We specialize in the manufacturing of Oil-Tempered Wires & Cold Coil Springs contributing significantly to the auto-component industry.
The Company has a state of the art plant on a continuous piece flow concept with a capacity of producing more than 1.5 million springs annually.
The plant was established to target the Suspension Coil Springs market which requires a range from 8 mm to 16 mm wire diameter depending on the customer’s requirement.
We have installed a coiling machine from Herdon, Taiwan which produces springs at a very rapid pace.
